We make this with our Homemade Nutella and bananas so it’s delicious without compromising on REAL, healthy ingredients. Bread Slices – Use white/brown or any plain sandwich bread of your choice. Homemade Nutella – Check out my Nutella recipe for this! We keep a batch at home, but you can also use store-bought Nutella or any other chocolate spread of your choice. Banana – Ripe and even overripe bananas work well for this recipe – the banana + chocolate pairing is a classic combo! Cinnamon Sugar – Grilling the sandwich with a buttery, cinnamon sugar topping caramelises the bread, makes it extra crispy and adds an additional layer of flavour, texture and sweetness.
