These vegan chocolate chip almond flour cookies are so good, you’ll want to eat the whole batch. And you won’t feel guilty if you do, because they’re not just amazingly good, they’re actually good for you. This is one of the easiest cookie recipes you will ever make, as easy as these amazing vegan chocolate chip cookies, and as delicious. The cookie dough comes together in one bowl and takes just five minutes to put together. Roll out the cookies in your palms, bake them for 10-12 minutes, and voila! Cookies in just over 20 minutes! The cookies are naturally sweetened with date syrup, which is loaded with nutrients and is minimally processed, making it a far superior alternative to granulated sugar. The date syrup also tints these cookies a lovely brown color. But if you would rather just use dates, you can do that too–blend up half a cup of soaked Deglet Noor dates and add those instead of the date syrup. This is what I do when I make these scrumptious vegan almond flour cookies, which are so, so good. You can bake these for 10 minutes for soft, gooey cookies–I love them that way. For crispier cookies increase baking time by two minutes. Then sit back and bite into a heavenly cookie!
